We know you’re excited to get your Pink Door goodies—and we’re excited to get them to you!

We ship orders Monday–Friday, excluding holidays, and orders are typically shipped within 1 business day.

All orders are shipped via USPS. Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery is 2–7 business days for most U.S. locations.*

✨ Double-Check That Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for any return shipping fees charged to The Pink Door Boutique, as well as any additional shipping costs to resend the order.

📬 Once Your Package Is Delivered

Please choose a secure delivery location whenever possible. Once USPS tracking shows that a package has been delivered to the address provided with your order, The Pink Door Boutique is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or missing after delivery.

If you have an issue with a package marked as delivered, we recommend contacting your local USPS office as soon as possible.
